Shipping:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via standard USPS delivery (3–7 business days). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

No Refunds:

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged due to our error. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can make it right!

Order Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before submitting. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address or for errors made during checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We recommend contacting USPS directly for any delivery issues.
